Illy coffee approached Newton S.p.A out of the need to bring change in the leadership, to modify the way things were running for the brand in the market. Newton S.p.A came on board with their Innovation Path, which engaged all the illy managers in a learning experience. So much so that within a year, illy saw an improved competitive presence in the international markets and launched a new product.
